29 March 2008: The Florida Derby can prove a good guide to the winner of the Kentucky Derby. In the last ten years a couple of Florida Derby winners have gone on to Kentucky Derby success: Monarchos and Barbaro. What is the betting that the Gulfstream event will produce a third? Connections of Big Brown will be praying the betting on that happening is short. Their colt puts his credentials on the line on Saturday night.
